The deer is mentioned in the Bible because of its savory meat men enjoyed. A deer is meek and humble and from this a Christian man can learn a lot. A deer is also very cautious and it takes care of its own just as God cares for his children. God created the deer with sure, swift feet and created the males with antlers to protect themselves. The posture of a deer is also very amazing. Its muscular body is breath-taking! Each time I think of a deer, I am always reminded how great, wise, and wonderful God is for giving us such a beautiful creature.
